蓝屏症状描述:

一台Windows XP Professional的计算机,在使用过程中蓝屏死机,停机码为:0X00000050,重启后仍在滚动条状态蓝屏，这次停机码为:0X0000000A。

原因分析：

蓝屏停机码的不同可能暗示着硬件有问题，所以应从硬件着手检查。损坏的硬盘、感染的物理RAM和过热的CPU芯片是导致蓝屏错误的常见原因。而内存的疑点通常最大。

故障排除方法：

打开机箱后，发现内存条布满了灰尘，清除内存条上的灰尘故障排除。
